In 1997 kosmopharm(k.ph) was transformed into a corporation ( SA) with an initial capital of 5,000,000 (five million) dirhams.Since its founding , KPH has invested more than 12,000,000 ( twelve million)dirhams in its development .Since KPH has accomplished the fallowing:

• Manufacture of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals under licence
• Import of semi-finished and finished products
• subcontracting for manufacture of pharmaceutical products.
